The Dragon Assassin was a Dragon folk hired by the Onyx Task Force to assassinate Nina Drango, a fellow Dragon folk.

Appearance[]

This man had dark skin and grey hair. He had a thick beard and wore black armor. His dragon form was enormous and black, with his horns emitting blue light.

Personality[]

The Dragon Assassin held a low regard for humans and considered Nina tainted because of her mother's blood. He was eager to "purify" Nina and thought of it as part of his mission to kill her. He took pleasure in carrying out the task as well. In his dragon form, he attacked anyone who interfered with his mission.

Plot[]

Shingeki no Bahamut Virgin Soul[]

The Onyx Task Force Captain felt that King Charioce XVII was becoming distracted from his mission by the presence of Nina Drango. To remedy this, the Captain urged the King to give out an order to execute Nina. Although hesitant, Charioce XVII agreed and the Captain proceeded to hire the Dragon Assassin to carry out the task.

The Dragon Assassin, upon locating Nina, proceeded to insult Nina's impure blood and regarded everyone living in her village as cowards who had chosen to bow down to humans. The Dragon Assassin's offensive words drove Nina to transform and fight back, but she was no match for the Dragon Assassin in his transformed state.

El sensed Nina's distress and rushed to help her. Before Nina could be executed, El arrived and immobilized the Onyx Knights present while Sofiel and Azazel fought against the Dragon Assassin and defeated him.

His failure was not reported back to the king, instead the Captain falsely claimed the Dragon Assassin had succeeded in killing Nina.

Power & Abilities[]

The Dragon Assassin claims he is a pure dragonfolk (lacking human blood), making him superior to half-dragons.

  • Dragon Shifting: Due to his lineage, the Dragon Assassin could morph between a human form and a dragon form.

Weaknesses[]

  • Gods: The Dragon Assassin was severely outmatched by the powers of Sofiel, who was assisted somewhat by Azazel.

Trivia[]

  • Both Favaro Leone and Kaisar Lidfard are convinced Charioce XVII did not truly give out the order to have Nina killed, even though it is shown onscreen that he did.
